We expect students to attend school every day and on time to ensure they maximise their full learning potential.

The Board of Trustees has overall responsibility for the school's admission policy and Swindon Local Authority has been commissioned to administer all admissions to the School.

The aim of the policy is to ensure that pupils learn in a supportive, caring and safe environment without fear of being bullied and that staff are free from bullying by pupils.

This policy aims to provide a consistent approach to behaviour management and define what we consider to be unacceptable behaviour, including bullying.

This appendix has been written in preparation for a partial re-opening of school to some students in Term 6 and the full reopening of the school in September

The Policy's aim is to ensure that a concern, difficulty or complaint is managed sympathetically, efficiently and at the appropriate level and resolved as soon as possible.

The Local Advisory Board recognises that a wide range of activities including clubs, visits and residential experiences make a valuable contribution towards the educational and social development of pupils. Some activities will be charged for whilst others will be provided free of charge.

Our Trust aims to ensure that all personal data collected about staff, pupils, parents, governors, visitors and other individuals is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the expected provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018.

This document is provided as an exams-specific supplement to the centre-wide accessibility policy/plan which details how the centre recognises its duties towards disabled candidates as defined under the terms of the Equality Act 2010.

The aim for sex and relationship education at Abbey Park School is to help support pupils through their physical, emotional and moral development. The programme is firmly embedded within the PSHCE curriculum.

Abbey Park School wishes to ensure that students with medical conditions receive appropriate care and support at school. This policy has been developed in line with the Department for Education's statutory guidance released in December 2015.
